Chuckie Hitchcock

Raymond “Chuckie” Hitchcock, is of Miwok & Nisenan decent. He currently serves as the Tribal Chairman of Wilton Rancheria, the only Native American Tribe in Sacramento County. Hitchcock was elected to the Tribal Council in 2012. He was elected Chairman in 2014 and re-elected in June 2016 to a four-year term. In this role, he oversees seven departments, 25 employees, and various federal grants providing social services to over 740 tribal members. Hitchcock is also a small business owner. His company, Contemporary Countertops, a granite, quartz, and Corian fabrication and installation company, celebrated 20 years in business this past November. Hitchcock attended El Camino High School in Sacramento and received an AA Degree from American River College. The Tribe looks forward to being a contributing partner to the Elk Grove Community Council. “Our Tribe is committed to philanthropic endeavors to enhance the lives of our Elk Grove and tribal families.
